Q: Do I need to be home for my FREE estimate?
A: We know that your time is valuable and we will not waste it. We do encourage that you be present for your free estimate. There are many decisions and choices to be made and having you on hand will allow us to deliver a prompt and accurate estimate. Night and weekend appointments are available.
How do I get on the work schedule?
A: Once you have decided on Century Spouting Co Inc., simply sign your estimate and send it into our office. Once the signed estimate and required down payment are both in the office, you are on the schedule!
How long until my work is completed?
A: Unfortunately, with the services we provide, we are typically not able to give exact dates on which your work will be completed. We do work all year round, but changes in dates are likely due to weather conditions and unexpected delays on job sites.
Do you do repairs?
A: Absolutely. Presently, our service calls start at just $95. This initial $95 cost covers the trip out to your home and one man-hour of labor. Any additional time, men or materials would be an additional cost.

A: ALL jobs (excluding service calls) are guaranteed and backed by a One Year Quality Workmanship Warranty. Roofing & Siding jobs are backed by a Five Year Quality Workmanship Warranty. Who needs to be with the estimator?
A: The Better Business Bureau (BBB) highly recommends that any of the decision makers should meet with the estimator when the project scope is given and the quote is presented so that all parties are able to ask questions that will clarify the requirements. Many times this is able to be accomplished at one meeting.
