Century Home Improvements by Century Spouting is looking for a persuasive/reliable Lead Generator. Come work with one of Central Pennsylvania’s best-known exterior remodeling brands! We are looking for a well-spoken, motivated, energetic Lead Generator to explain Century Home Improvements products and services to homeowners visiting events and COSTCO stores throughout Central Pennsylvania. We want someone who has a competitive spirit and strong people skills. The goal of the position is to intelligently answer questions about the company, create interest in the company’s products, and ultimately set appointments with customers to meet one of our sales consultants.

As a lead generation position, this role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections and keep a positive attitude. A very independent position. Lead Generators travel to and from events with setup items, so along with use of a company van, reliable transportation is a must. Reimbursement for show and event travel within Central Pennsylvania is provided.

You will earn a starting hourly rate of $15.00 plus monthly bonuses related to lead generation.

We are looking for a well-spoken, motivated, energetic Event Coordinator and Lead Generator to coordinate events where Century Home Improvements products and services can be highlighted to homeowners visiting events in Central Pennsylvania. We want someone who has a competitive spirit and strong people skills. The goal of the position is to find opportunities/events to market Century and while attending events intelligently answer questions about the company, create interest in the company’s products, and ultimately set appointments with customers to meet one of our sales consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attends Trade Shows and Events as needed
  • Completes pre-show and post-show reports and other reporting regarding trade shows and events
  • Assists in coordinating event schedule, collects contracts for future shows and suggests/finds other potential trade shows and events for Century to collect leads
  • Performs trade show, corporate meeting, sales support and event coordination
  • Reserves space, coordinates set-up and clearing of exhibits
  • Helps secure and coordinate event staff and schedules for all trade shows and events
  • Prepares and sets up trade show displays and all events
  • Ensures necessary demos and equipment for display is on hand and in working order as well as event literature, lead slips, tablets, etc.
  • Participates in various marketing-related projects and activities as needed
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing information and implementing best practices
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Proactively follow up leads generated from events
